Epalith

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Epalith ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Epalith provides a deterministic AI execution pipeline for automating software development tasks. The Service executes tasks through a defined six-phase pipeline: Intent Gate, Plan, Scaffold, Code, Save, and Verify.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring the tasks you submit comply with applicable laws
  • Not submitting tasks that generate harmful, illegal, or malicious code

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate code intended to harm, exploit, or attack systems
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Circumvent security measures or access controls

5. Payment and Billing

Epalith Pro is billed at $49/month. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there's an error.

6. Pipeline Output Ownership

You retain ownership of the code and artifacts generated by the pipeline from your tasks. Epalith does not claim ownership over your outputs. We may use anonymized pipeline execution data to improve the Service.

7. Service Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, bugs, or pipeline errors. The Service is provided "as-is" for production use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epalith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
